Here are some submissions for “The Great Prosser Balloon Rally and Night Glow”. This was the second chance I had at entering this contest during my school year. The Prosser committee will chose a winner and use it for their t-shirts this year. This project is kind of limited on creativity because the people who will be judging this will not be looking for new exciting ideas, but more of the clean traditional look. It was still fun and a great learning experience.
